Check premises have been left clean and tidy (including toilets)


All tables and chairs returned to their original locations and stacked according to the instructions given


All litter bagged and removed


Electrical appliances switched off


All windows closed


Radiator valves returned to their original positions (if appropriate)


Any accidents recorded in the Accident Book (in kitchen cupboard)


All personal property removed from premises


Premises are vacated


Lights switched off


All doors are closed and where appropriate, locked


Key returned as arranged
